in full time (39 hours/week) Disposition and coordination of employees in technical field and interior services incl. Subcontractors Planning, distribution and optimization of service requests Coordination and maintenance of service tickets in compliance with SLAs Persecution and compliance with scheduled service assignments and agreement of customer service appointments Introduction of escalation processes and accompaniment to completion Ensuring material supply in service Participation in the maintenance of customer/contract master data Consumption and processing of service calls by technicians (w/m/d) Controlling the service performance Takeover of general administrative tasks

With your completed training as well as a good technical and commercial understanding, you are able to take over the cross-site disposition of our team in the fields of IT, TK and SHT. Ideally, you have been able to demonstrate your skills in personnel deployment planning in the past. As a contact person for our customers and interested parties, friendliness, liability and enthusiasm are a matter of course in the telephone and written handling. In addition to good communication and conflictability, team skills and self-motivation complete your profile.
