As a technical product manager (m/w/d), you take over the overall technical responsibility for products in complex development and integration projects. You control the technical implementation from the concept phase to development, integration and qualification to customer acceptance and ensure compliance with cost, appointment and quality objectives. In your role, you coordinate interdisciplinary development teams as well as external partners and act as a central technical interface to customers, project management and internal disciplines. In addition, you actively contribute to the strategic development of technologies and products. Your tasks: Technical management of complex development and system projects including concept development, requirement management and specification creation Technical responsibility of the products over the entire product life cycle Planning, control and control of technical work packages and ensuring time, cost and quality objectives Responsibility of the technological roadmap of the product line Professional leadership of interdisciplinary development teams as well as control of external partners and subcontractors Conducting technical reviews, risk and claim management as well as creating technical decision bases Responsibility for technical supply processes, customer presentations and coordination of technical content with customers, partners and suppliers

Complete technical studies (e.g. systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in the development or system environment and first experience in the technical management of complex projects Experience in product management Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Embedded/Rugged Systems or Technical System Integration Experience in the regulated environment (e.g. defense, aviation, automotive) as well as in the handling of technical processes and tools Structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary and international teams Good knowledge of English in word and writing and willingness to occasional international missions
