Your tasks:

• Roughening and installation of CNC-controlled cutting machines
• Processing of workpieces according to technical drawings as well as predetermined quality and time specifications
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and eliminating minor disturbances during operation
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls
• Documentation of test results
• Implementation of simple maintenance and maintenance work
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes in your own work area

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the technical field (e.g. machining mechanic) or comparable qualification
• Experience in turning and milling on CNC-controlled machines
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Basic knowledge of machine control (e.g. Siemens)
• Careful and reliable operation
• Team skills and flexibility
• Ready to work in the three-layer system (planned conversion to two-layer)
