Project Manager / Sales Trainer - Cargo Division (m/f/d)

You develop, plan and manage independently projects within the Cargo Division, focusing on the Cargo Classic and Cargo Green market segments. From the first idea to implementation to success control, you support projects and ensure clear goals, reliable schedules and transparent responsibilities. You work closely together with the relevant departments such as marketing, product management, purchasing, key account management, external service, internal services and subsidiaries. The cross-departmental coordination of activities as well as the control of priorities and capacities take over and ensure a structured flow of information within the projects. Together with the relevant departments, you develop content that is close to sales, prepare them in a comprehensible manner and support their rollout in sales. You observe market and industry developments in the focus sectors of the Cargo Klassik and Cargo Green segments and derive appropriate projects, measures and sales approaches. The further development and implementation of digital media are supported by you and you use them specifically for project work, communication and sales. Transferred as an interface between external service and internal service You strategic objectives in concrete, implementable measures for distribution. In addition, you take over a sales-supporting and training function within the framework of the Public 2032 project. You conduct and accompany training, workshops and information formats for sales staff and ensure that relevant content is conveyed in practice and applied in daily business. Reports from the sales department take up, identify optimization potentials and continuously develop the sales implementation of the project.

You have completed your studies in the field of business administration or completed professional training. You like to work in the team and bring a healthy pioneering spirit. You are characterized by high commitment, self-initiative and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills as well as a result-oriented and performance-oriented way of working. Your very good handling of the current MS Office programs as well as a systematic and structured way of working complete your profile. At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the tendering, bidding, tendering, project or sales management will be distinguished. You have experience with complex performance descriptions as well as coordination of cross-departmental offers and formal offer requirements. Ideally, you bring experience with contracting authorities and award procedures.
