You conduct their own development projects and provide impulses for adjacent fields of competence.

Conception of software architectures: In software development, you play a central role in the development of architecture concepts according to system requirements, and provide sound foundations for early concept decisions (control concepts and product software).

Responsibility for software integration: You develop concepts for integrating the product software with the product electronics together with the electronics architects and within product requirements. You agree to the integration plan with all stakeholders concerned.

Responsibility for architectural decisions: You conduct architectural decisions for the software architecture of the respective project and are responsible for providing them with the platform strategy in cross-departmental bodies as well as project stakeholders.

Customer interface: At the customer interface, you work with your well-founded knowledge and strong communication skills and play an essential role in technical negotiations in projects and the collection of software requirements.

Found experience in embedded software: You have expert knowledge in industrial control software and control technology as an embedded solution, in particular in highly complex cyberphysical systems and with high real-time requirements.

Expertise in relevant technologies: Their knowledge extends to relevant and adjacent technologies for industrial embedded solutions, both in software and in hardware. Your academic education in a relevant area, like with doctorate, is the basis for this.

Market overview and network: You have a well-founded overview of the state of the art as well as technology trends and an established network of partners and providers for embedded solutions, both in industrial and other industries.

Professional leadership: You have a strong professional leadership competence that is demonstrated by your multiannual experience in (lateral) leadership and coordination of teams and/or projects.

Examination and pronounced communication skills: You can represent topics and have a proven high degree of communication strength, team and conflictability, customer orientation and resilience and flexibility. You can also enforce your ideas against resistance.

Languages: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
