Your job Process engineering, production planning, logistics and assembly (>100 MA)

Development and implementation of a comprehensive production strategy for short, medium and long-term objectives. This includes the planning of investments, personnel and production areas to achieve sales targets, to ensure highest quality standards and to ensure high delivery reliability.

To ensure the competitiveness and continuous improvement of value flows (line flows, machine running times and the utilisation of machinery, area and personnel)

professional lean management to increase the efficiency and performance of manufacturing processes.

Coordination of cooperation with international sites and internal departments. Close coordination with interface areas such as research & development, quality management and supply chain to optimize cooperation and promote efficient processes

Implementation of technology screening in cooperation with the development to derive innovation needs. Use of internal and external benchmarking to develop innovative solutions that increase efficiency and quality

Complete technical studies in production/production technology or mechanical engineering (BA, FH, Uni) or comparable distinct professional experience in the production environment

proven experience in managing larger production departments within a technological production environment accompanied by sound knowledge in technical production with their challenges and processes

Affinity for key figures and statistics on performance monitoring, cost efficiency and continuous improvement

Lean Management expertise for decision-making and process optimization as well as experience in handling change processes to ensure efficiency and competitiveness

Knowledge of the application of modern production techniques, including artificial intelligence, digitization and automation

You act decisively, strong to enforce and communicate, set clear goals and respond quickly to changes.

Your very good communication skills in German and English allow you to work effectively in an international environment.
