Support and continuous development of SAP HCM systems, for the areas of payroll and time management Adaptation and optimisation of relevant modules, such as wage types, working time models and schemes Ensuring the implementation of legal requirements, such as ELStAM, DEÜV and RVBEA Management and maintenance of allowances and communication with authorities and social security institutions on reporting procedures Integration and maintenance of interfaces to other systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc and external time/access systems Support in the implementation and further development of digital HR projects
Completed commercial or technical studies or a comparable training First experience with SAP HCM, especially in payroll and time management in the production environment Structured, solution-oriented working and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
